Mia Menegaldo, 10 SUNRAYSIA

Mia Menegaldo began her dance journey with the Hotshots Performance Dance Team in 2020 at just five years old. Since 2022, she has competed successfully at the Mildura Eisteddfod, earning placings across ballet, jazz, and lyrical. In May this year, Mia took part in her first interstate competition at Follow Your Dreams, proudly qualifying all four of her solos for Nationals in January 2026. Mia dreams of becoming a professional dancer and one day opening her own dance school.

She would like to sincerely thank her dance teacher Miss Renee Burke-Hughes and her family for their unwavering love, support, and guidance. Mia also extends her gratitude to the Mildura Eisteddfod Society for the opportunity to perform each year, and to the Red Cliffs Lions Club for awarding her the Junior Jazz Scholarship.
